Connect with the S&C community shaping the future of professional standards
Connect with the S&C community in a relaxed and fun setting for theoretical and practical sessions
The UKSCA Annual Conference is the UK’s largest gathering of strength and conditioning coaches, educators, researchers and related professionals, bringing together practitioners from sport, health, education, rehabilitation and physical development.
Following a successful 2025 conference, which welcomed more than 500 professionals across the long weekend, the UKSCA Annual Conference returns to the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham, from 11–13 September 2026.
Exhibiting at UKSCA is not just about having a stand. The conference is designed to create meaningful conversations across the whole weekend. In the exhibition and poster hall, during refreshment breaks, through the conference app, at the awards dinner, and in the informal moments around the hotel, restaurant, running club and gym club sessions.
This is an opportunity to build visibility, start conversations and develop relationships with an engaged professional community that is actively shaping the future of strength and conditioning.
The UKSCA Annual Conference brings together a highly relevant audience of practitioners, educators, decision-makers and sector leaders.

The 2026 conference theme is:
Raising the standard: What should we hold onto — and what needs to evolve?
This theme gives exhibitors a valuable opportunity to be part of a wider professional conversation about standards, innovation, quality of practice and the future direction of the sector.
Whether your goal is brand awareness, lead generation, product education, account management or deeper relationship-building with the S&C community, the UKSCA Annual Conference offers a focused and highly engaged environment.
We know that the most valuable conference conversations do not always happen at a stand or during a scheduled session.
At UKSCA, we work hard to create the kind of overall experience that allows meaningful conversations to happen. The exhibition sits at the heart of the delegate experience, alongside posters, refreshments and networking spaces, helping exhibitors stay visible throughout the conference.
The wider conference environment also supports informal connection through shared accommodation, social events, the awards dinner, exercise clubs and practical sessions. These moments create opportunities for exhibitors and delegates to connect in a more natural, relaxed and memorable way.
The East Midlands Conference Centre offers a professional and self-contained conference setting, with the Orchard Hotel located next door and the University of Nottingham’s High Performance Centre hosting practical sessions.
This creates a joined-up conference experience where delegates, speakers, exhibitors and partners are based in and around the same environment throughout the weekend.
For exhibitors, this means greater visibility, more time with delegates and more opportunities to develop relationships beyond a single exhibition interaction.
Every exhibition package is designed to help you build visibility before, during and after the conference.
Packages include:
Exhibition space - Your exhibition stand will be located within the main conference environment, alongside poster presentations, refreshments and delegate networking areas.
This helps ensure exhibitors are positioned within the natural flow of the conference and remain visible throughout the event.
Exhibitor speaker opportunity - Exhibitors have the opportunity to add a showcase session, product demonstration or applied presentation to help delegates understand your work in more depth.
This is particularly valuable for organisations that want to demonstrate equipment, share applied case studies, explain a service model, or show how their product supports coaching, testing, monitoring, rehabilitation or performance practice.
Conference app visibility and lead capture - Our conference app helps exhibitors connect with delegates before, during and after the event.
Exhibitors can use the app to:
The app helps turn conference engagement into a more structured and measurable opportunity.
Website profile - Exhibitors receive a profile on the UKSCA conference website, helping delegates learn more about your organisation before they arrive.
This gives your brand visibility in the build-up to the event and provides a clear destination for delegates who want to find out more.
Social media promotion - Exhibitors are supported through UKSCA conference communications and social media activity, helping to raise awareness of your involvement and encourage delegates to engage with you at the event.
Conference passes - Exhibition packages include conference passes, allowing your team to attend sessions, engage with delegates and take part in the wider conference experience.
This is an important part of what makes UKSCA different. Your team is not restricted to the stand; they can be part of the wider professional conversation across the weekend.
In addition to core exhibition packages, organisations may be able to increase their visibility through additional sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
These include:
If you have a specific objective, we would be happy to discuss the most appropriate way to support it.
The UKSCA Annual Conference is particularly relevant for organisations working in areas such as:
If your organisation supports the development of people, performance, health or physical preparation, the UKSCA Annual Conference provides a focused opportunity to connect with the S&C community.
The most successful exhibitors are those who approach the conference as more than a trade stand.
We encourage exhibitors to think about how they can:
UKSCA 2026 is designed to support these deeper conversations and help exhibitors become part of the professional exchange across the weekend.
