UKSCA's Annual Conference 31 Aug/1 Sep - East Midlands Conference Centre (EMCC)
In its 9th year, UKSCA's Annual Conference is now firmly established as the key event in the strength & conditioning calendar. This year it will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre, University of Nottingham on 30 August and 1 September. We have booked exclusive use of the conference centre for the weekend as well as all bedrooms in the newly built Orchard Hotel next door. Bedrooms in the hotel are limited so we encourage members to book early to secure these bedrooms as opposed to the nearby student based accommodation.

Call for Scientific/Applied Case Abstracts - NEW ORAL COMMUNICATION SESSIONS
We are extending the poster presentations at this year's annual conference to include an Oral Communication session, where members will conduct 15 minute presentations of their work.

UKSCA Awards Night and Gala Dinner 31 August
In the next few weeks we will be announcing the categories and nominations process for our inaugural S&C Awards. Members will soon be able to nominate colleagues for categories such as Coach of the Year (elite sport) and Coach of the Year (grassroots sport) to enable the work of our members, at all levels of sport, to be recognised.
